Free Children's Programs
As part of our commitment to our community, we offer free out-of-school (OST), Saturday, and summer programs to DC kids, aged 6-18.
A Safe Place to Learn and Grow
Through generous funding from DC City Funds and Learn24, our students are introduced to kung-fu, Chinese lion dance, dragon dance, Chinese Thunder Drumming, and African Djembe Drumming, while developing leadership and teamwork skills along the way.
Our programming fosters teamwork and cultural appreciation through participation in gala events and educational excursions to historical landmarks and museums during the summer months.
All programming is free for DC residents, with a $50 registration fee only.

Out-of-School (OST) Program
After School and Saturdays
...but not during the summer when school is out. Starts up again in September.
Days/Times:
First class begins Saturday, September 20 / 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Wednesdays and Thursdays / 4:15pm - 6:15pm (Begins September 24)
Saturdays / 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Instruction includes: Kung Fu, Lion & Dragon dancing, African drumming
Free for DC residents, 6-18
$50 registration fee only.
Summer Camp
2026 Summer Program has Concluded
Our free summer camp started June 2026 and by the time you are reading this we are wrapping it up.
Please contact us about our free after-school programs and weekend programs which pop up subject to funding opportunities.
